Return Policy

At Black N Bianco you can rest assured knowing everything that you purchase are all covered for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the item you are welcome to send the item back for a full reimbursement.

Returning an Item

The only requirements that we have for returns is that they must be unwashed, the tags must still be in tact, and you must return them within 14 days of delivery. All you are asked to do is pay for the return shipping and everything else will be handled on our end. Unfortunately original shipping is nonrefundable. After the item has been returned please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post on your credit card statement.

When you ship the item back please include your full name and order ID inside the package. Please also keep a copy of the receipt or your return tracking number. If the package is lost or mis-delivered, but the tracking shows it was delivered we will honor your refund.

Correcting Our Mistakes

Of course we want to keep things fair for you as well and we will pay for shipping if there is a problem because of an error on our part. If you have received a wrong item, defective item, or the wrong size just contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid shipping item to send the item back to us. The only thing that we ask in that situation is that you contact us within 7 days so that we can correct our error immediately.

Steps to Return an Item

The following are the steps that you need to follow to be able to return an item.

1. Log into your account on the website.

2. View the order by going through the “Completed Orders” link which you can find under the “My Account” menu.

3. Click on the “return item(s)” button.

4. Wait for our email to confirm that we have received your item and that we have processed your return.

Shipping Policy

All of our items are shipped to you in the best way possible with full confidence that you will receive them promptly and unharmed. Since we know that you want to receive your items as quickly as possible we aim to ship all items between 24 and 48 hours of when your order is placed.

Shipping in the US:

Standard Shipping  3-6 Business day.

Priority Mail Shipping 2-3 Business Day.

Express Mail Shipping 1-2 Business Day.

We are happy to ship internationally at a rate of $49.99 per item. In addition you would be held responsible for any customs charges that might be incurred. Estimated delivery is around 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Customs may also hold the item for an undetermined time.
